BUILT TO RUN

Custom websites and practical AI tools for Oklahoma small businesses. Scroll — the system assembles itself.

01 / WEB DESIGN

I build the site. You own it.

Custom websites for small businesses. Yours gets built from scratch for your business instead of picked off a template list. It works on a phone, it loads fast, and it's set up so people can find you in a search. When it's finished, the code, the content and the domain are yours.

01

No templates

Your site gets written for your business. There's no page-builder subscription to keep paying for, and no plugin stack that breaks when something updates.

02

Set up to be found

Search basics, your Google Business Profile and analytics all get handled during the build. It's part of the job, not something I sell you later.

03

It stays yours

The code, the content and the domain go in your name. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I'll hand you the files and help you move it.

02 / PROCESS

How it works.

A bigger shop has your project sitting in a queue behind everyone else's. I take one site at a time, so most builds run about two weeks.

Step 01

We talk

About 30 minutes on the phone. What you sell, who buys it, and what you want the site to do.

Step 02

I build it

You get a link to a working version you can click through, usually inside the first week.

Step 03

We fix what's off

Speed, phones, forms, wording, search setup. I test it on real phones before it goes up.

Step 04

It goes live

I handle the domain, the certificate and the launch, then show you how to update it yourself.

03 / WORK

A few things I've built.

An online store that takes recurring payments, a web app with accounts and a database, and a site for a local shop. Names and details are removed — this is here to show how the work looks, not who it was for.

Online store
An online store page with a subscription plan and pricing
Online store Product pages, subscription and one-off checkout, real card payments.
Web app
A web application landing page with sign-in and account options
Web app User accounts, sign-in, and a database behind it — not a brochure site.
Local business
A local business homepage with a tap-to-call button
Local business The kind of site most of this page is about: fast, mobile, easy to call.

Click any one of them to see it full size.

It's free and it takes about ten minutes. I'll look at what you have now and tell you whether it needs replacing or just fixing — sometimes it's just fixing.

Worth checking

What your website is costing you.

People look you up on their phone, the site is hard to use, and they call someone else instead. You never hear about it, so it's easy to miss. Put your own numbers in and see what it adds up to.

250
Google searches, Facebook taps, someone typing your name after a yard sign. If you don't know, 250 is typical for an established local trade.
55%
Slow load, no mobile layout, no prices, no photos, phone number they can't tap. The average small-business site loses more than half.
12%
Be honest here — this is the number that keeps the answer real. Most of the people who bounce were never buyers: suppliers, competitors checking your prices, and people who typed the wrong thing.
$850
What one closed customer is worth to you, first job only.
Walking out the door every year
$42,000
People who wanted to hire you and left instead.
Rough math, deliberately conservative — it assumes you close only 1 in 4 of the people you'd recover. It is an argument for looking at your own numbers, not a promise.
02 / THE PROBLEM

This is what they see.

This is what someone in your town sees when they search for what you do. Notice who isn't there.

facebook.com/profile.php?id=61…
A Facebook page last updated in 2019, a phone number nobody can tap, and no photos of the work you actually do.
01

They don't find you

Without a real site you mostly get the people who already knew your name. That's a much smaller group than the people looking for what you do.

02

It looks closed

An old site makes people wonder if you're still in business. They don't ask — they just go back and pick someone else.

03

They can't get hold of you

No number they can tap, no form, no hours, no list of what towns you cover. Every extra step loses a few more of them.

03 / THE FIX

What it costs to fix.

One-time fee, you own everything, optional ~$100/mo care plan to keep it hosted, backed up and updated.

What if my numbers up there don't justify it?

Then don't buy it. If the calculator says you'd recover less than the build costs, I'll tell you the same thing on the phone — fix your Google Business Profile first, it's free, and call me next year.

How long does it take?

Two weeks for most builds. You'll see a working staging site inside the first week, not a picture of one.

Do I own it?

Completely. Design, content, domain, and the code. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I'll hand you the files and help you do it.

What happens if I skip the care plan?

The site keeps working. You just host it yourself and call me hourly when you want changes. Plenty of clients do exactly that.

Find out what yours is doing.

What agencies charge

The same work, without the overhead.

A good agency will build you a ten-page website for around $5.5k. I'll build you the same thing for about $4.5k. They do solid work — they just have a staff and an office to cover, and I don't. You also deal with the person writing the code instead of a project manager.

02 / WHY THE PRICE IS WHAT IT IS

Why cheap ends up costing more.

Most people price out a few options before they call anyone. The cheap ones cost less up front and more afterwards — here's where the money actually goes.

CHEAP

A template

A few hundred dollars for a theme other businesses bought too, plus a builder subscription you keep paying every month. It works, but it doesn't help you show up in a search and it looks like everyone else.

Costs you jobs
FREE

A favor from someone you know

Costs nothing until they get busy with their own life. Then nobody has the login, small changes wait weeks, and there's usually no backup of any of it.

Costs you time
$4–6k

Built properly

Costs more once, then it's done. No subscription, no waiting on a favor, and someone picks up the phone when you need it changed. It pays for itself in a handful of average jobs.

Pays for itself
$850
One closed customer, first job only.
Standard — $4–6k
Slide between Launch, Standard and Advanced.
What it takes to break even
6 jobs
Six new customers over the life of the site and the build has paid for itself. Everything after that is profit you weren't getting.
Compare: the agency version of the same build is ~$5.5karound $500 more, or about one extra job.
